The English Grammy-winner rock band originally released their second studio album on June 28, 1968, via EMI Records. Produced by Norman Smith, the album was recorded at EMI Studio and De Lane Lea Studio in London. A Saucerful of Secrets reached number nine in the UK charts, with the album receiving predominantly favourable reviews.
